OUGD603 - Research Brief - Unpackaged

For my research brief, I have decided to extend the research into stores that sell whole foods without packaging, like Lunzers that I found out about while writing my dissertation. I think that I will create a new, theoretical, store that will open in Leeds offering this type of store that serves food without any packaging.

I will start by learning more about where this movement started and understanding why it began and a bit more about why packaging is so bad.

Here is an example of a similar store in Germany.
